Depression - a vicious circle

 I have learned over time that Depression is a vicious circle, and consists of different parts.
But what are those parts ?
How do we humans really work?
In most cases the reasons for many, it´s most often affected by


* Ambient
* Emotions ---> physical activities
* Thoughts--> Activity

But where do the depression begin, in which one of them parts?




It's really hard to say and to know sometimes where this feeling comes from and where / how it started. because the causes can be more than one.
But after my own experience I know that it can be started with negative thoughts, which leads to unpleasant emotions, such feelings of no hope, the bad feelings make you pull away from relationships or they just make you feel unloved. Make you feel that you are not good enough for anybody.

But what difference does it make to know where it started once you are already there Thats what we think most of the time right`?

Overcoming depression is complicated and requires a lot of energy, hope and patience.
And I know how difficult it is to get to everything when you are feeling down.
You can stop the bad feeling I promise.
But one foot infront of the other, slowly but surely.




I think the most powerful "medicine" for depression is yourself,and thinking that you are Not alone.
I think that we people become more depressed the more we observe our bad symptoms and talking badly about them all the time with others.
I mean of course it is good to release the pressureand talk about it but doing it the right way.
I mean that we can become better at learning to see signs of that we do have the opportunity to become "healthy", we need to learn to see things from a brighter side and talk about THAT  with others. Not just be negative.



When you get depressed you often leave hobbies and other social life aside.
Have you ever thought about it?
Consciously or unconsciously, it happens!
Why?

Well cus it is The "easiest way" I guess, we just let it happen because we always think that we can deal with our problems by our selves and with nobody else cus they will never understand the position we are in,right?

But I´ve learned that it isn´t always like that.
The depression becomes worse if you are not doing something that gives pleasure,joy.
You know, it´s so important to be open to things that gives happiness, joy, lust for more than just negativity.
Why do we behave like this when we know basically that it doesn´t give us anything good.
Sometimes it´s very hard to see what is cause and what is effect to all of this.

Question:

* Aren´t we doing anything funny because we are down and depressed?
* Or are we so depressed because we are not doing anything that is fun?
* Or are we down there because we can´t see anything Good and funny happen?


We must learn to rely on the ability to help ourselves.
You can not just ask someone else to give you a "happiness pill" and believe that it will heal all your wounds, No, no.
It doesn´t work that way, you know.



But believe me, the joy is there, somewhere.
How difficult it is to rediscover it.
You will find it.

But we must have hope.
Sooner or later you are no longer going to be in the same dark room as from before.
With the right "treatment", and it could be anything from
Self-help, support of loved ones, psychotherapy, anything that gives you that little extra brightness and joy,so just about anything but what feels right for YOU.



Each person is individual and feel things in their own way.
Draws its own conclusions about things and suffer in their own way.

What´s important here is to Listen,Respond and Act.


YOU are your own, one and only "Lucky-Pill".
