Kom och träningsdansa Zumba med Tania & Alicia och få en riktig nystart med träningen!!
Zumba är en blandning av kul musik som får energin att stiga till max. I Zumban har varje låt en koreografi som bygger på några danssteg. Till musiken så skapar vi en nöjesfull intervall träning med snabba och långsamma rörelser som ger en effektiv träning för hela kroppen.
Vi mixar en blandning av latin rytmerna och du kommer att upptäcka att du plötslig dansar cumbia, merengue, salsa och regeatton!
Det är bara att härma och hänga på, du behöver inte kunna dansa. Det är inte viktigt att det blir rätt, viktigast är att det ska vara roligt!!

Oh wow, I am STUFFED!!
I´ve been eating lots of junk food today,but hey...no regrets...it was worth every single bite.
today it´s been a cozy and lazee day with dad, we have been with him all day, Fathers Day, you know.
Nice.
He got some flowers, gifts ,we had a good dinner together and then we ended the evening with movies and chips.

I haven´t seen Oreo biscuits since Miami and that was actually the last thing I ate there, at the airport.
I must admit that I got some flashbacks when I saw them at the store so I bought them and yeah.. I have a few now in my tummy!!haha
Oh and By the way, I have some pictures 2 show you guys.,I took some pictures of the NEW Sollentuna MALL.
And I have to say that it´s nothing like before.
Do you remember the mall being ORANGE!! then I mean the WHOOOOOOOLE MALL! hahaha... So ugly...it was like we were stuck in the 60´s .... Welll Now I can say : NOT ANYMOOOORE!!
And its so much bigger...here is some parts of the mall... not even half of it.

Niceness, jag måste erkänna att jag inte kunde låta bli att gunga till den.
Biografi:
Martin Bentancourt är mannen bakom klassiker som "bländaren" & "Första generationens Svenne" som gav en röst till en hel generation.
Han är uppvuxen i stockholm/Rinkeby med Uruguayanska föräldrar
och har alltid levt för musiken då han producerar, mixar och skriver allt
han släpper.
Då han även har ett radioprogram i Sveriges Radio,
blev han bjuden att presentera latinostjärnan Juan Luis Guerra
när denne hälsade på i Sverige, det var där han träffade Vicente Garcia,
(Juan Luis Guerras förband) och de två formade broderliga band den kvällen..
Låten "Until the sun shines" är frukten av dessa band
som sträcker sig över atlanten och är så starka att Martin
åkte över till Dominikanska Republiken i somras för att uppträda
och skapa mer musik med Vicente.

Club Guanabana tonight 5/11 - FRI ENTRE all night long
Now its time again. Förra veckan va grymt, fullt med alla sköna människor som dansade hela kvällen.
Club Guanabana kör varje torsdag @ Layer Cake, vi tar er en resa till Sydamerika, då menar vi med den härliga stämningen och den sköna musiken!
Fri Entre gäller självklart hela kvällen och missa inte Happy Hour priserna i baren mellan 21.00- 24.00

Salsita Te Extraño Mucho!
It's been so long now since I danced salsa.
I mean really, it´s been a while since I did like everyday dancing.
I miss it tremendously.
Salsa and bachata.
Or just being able to dance -it makes me so incredibly happy and it helpss me release all stress, pressure and bad moments we all have in life.
Strangely, it is some kind of therapy, it sounds funny,I know but
it's true.
You´ll feel the same way if you have passion for dancing.
Singing is something I miss too, but it is a bit harder to get started on that again, I guess I sound like...I don´t know...ANYTHING that´s not GOOD!!
I bet iz KAOS now after so many years without a singing teacher! No practicing.
It's a little secret you might not know about me, but now you know ...
But HEY : SSccchhh, this is like the super-secret ever!
I sang for several years, and went to music school and yadi yadi...You know the rest if you know music.
You do like everything, sing, play instruments and ...well..
Singing and performances was my life.
I always said that The scene was my second home, I had so much passion for it I can´t explain it , and I still have, but after a while I couldn´t sing anymore,because of the circumstances,(long story)But yeah..I had to put the music down,and I haven´t done anything about it ever since.
And now I'm to scared to sing again, My confidence is waaay tooooo low
HAHA ... hmm noo..not funny but hey ...someday maybe?or maybe not?I guess I just need to find that strength again...
Well now you know one of my biggest weakness.
But believe me, music is everything to me!
Big ups to all out there who have talent and is doing something about it!!!!

It is November already!
It is totally sick how time just flies by.
Stress stress stress.
Can you imagine that we´ll start the count down to Christmas and New Year, in just a month.
Well, a lot needs to be done before that, I need to do some changes, some MORE changes.
There must be a change in my life and I have promised myself that next year will be a whole new year.
Believe me ,my way of thinking and my desire is already different than before. I´ve been throu things this last year that have made me realise a lot and also helped me to make decisions.
But we'll see.
If you make the effort you can become what you want, you need to listen and believe in yourself otherwise you can´t make it happen.
Okej readers, I must continue with a bit of paper work now, boring I KNOW but you have to do what you have to do.
